CW Ringtone 2.0.0 revision 2

The new Google policy about several permissions which are becoming forbidden for most apps loaded at Google Play has become extremely annoying.

For this reason I am releasing the new CW Ringtone version here, free of charge.

You can download it HERE.

Since the app isn't downloaded from Google Play you will need to allow the installation of  apps from external or unknown sources.

It is still a test release to make it compatible with the latest Android 9 and 10, I can only say that it works flawlessly on my smartphone running Android 6.0.1.

The App requests the following permission:

android.permission.READ_CONTACTS
android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE
android.permission.RECEIVE_SMS

to start automatically at boot, read contact names and emit custom Morse Code sounds when an incoming call or SMS arrives.

CW Ringtone 1.0 released

CW Ringtone is a Morse Code ringtone generator for your incoming calls and SMS.

When an incoming call arrives CW Ringtone reads the name of the contact and sends it via Morse Code.

You can find out who is calling you without looking at your smartphone's display!

The same goes with SMS.

You can also add custom messages for each of the contacts stored in your smartphone.

Adjustable tone frequency and speed (between 5 and 60 WPM).

Privacy informations for the CLUSTEROID App.

The App requests the following permission:

android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE

for the sole purpose to stop the sound alerts when the phone is ringing or in use.

Clusteroid 1.0.0 for Android released

With Clusteroid you can connect to a telnet cluster and receive the spots with your mobile phone or tablet.

You can also load your DXCC status from the RXCLUS.DAT file or from a log in ADIF format.

When a new country (all-time new one, or on a new band/mode, or a country that you already worked but still not confirmed) is spotted Clusteroid then warns you.

If you are an avid DXCC hunter or a simple ham radio operator you'll find this app useful.
